Fountain Blue Restaurant Kluski z Kapusta Recipe
- 1.5 cup kluski noodles frozen
- 1.5 cup cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/4 cup bacon chopped cooked
- 1/4 cup onion chopped
- 1 tsp caraway seed
- 1/8 tsp white pepper
- 2 cup sauerkraut undrained
- salt to taste
Cook noodles according to package directions. Set aside.
In saucepan, combine soup, milk and butter. Heat, stirring regularly, until smooth.
Add all remaining ingredients except noodles and mix to combine. Mix in noodles.
Spoon mixture into ungreased 2-quart casserole dish.
Bake, uncovered, in a 325° F oven for 30 minutes or until heated though.
