Ingredients
- 2 pounds pork tenderloin
- 1/2 cup low-sodium soy sauce
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup rice vinegar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons water
- Optional garnish: sliced green onions, sesame seeds
Instructions

Place the pork tenderloin in the slow cooker.

In a bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, brown sugar, rice vinegar, garlic, and ginger. Pour the mixture over the pork tenderloin.

Cover the slow cooker and cook on low heat for 4 hours or until the pork is tender and cooked through.

Remove the pork from the slow cooker and set aside. In a small bowl, mix cornstarch and water until smooth. Pour the mixture into the sauce in the slow cooker and stir well. Cook on high heat for another 15 minutes or until the sauce thickens.

Slice the pork tenderloin and serve with the teriyaki sauce. Garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds, if desired.
