- 2 pounds moose roast
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
- 1 cup beef broth
Instructions

Rub the moose roast with olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, dried thyme, and dried rosemary.

Place the moose roast in a slow cooker and pour beef broth over it.

Cover the slow cooker and cook on low for 8 hours, or until the moose roast is tender and easily shreds with a fork.
