  • 8 oz smoked salmon
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp dill, chopped
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Crackers or bread, for serving
  • Fresh dill sprigs, for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a food processor, combine smoked salmon, cream cheese, sour cream, lemon juice, dill, salt, and pepper. Process until smooth.

  2. Transfer the mixture into a bowl and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to chill.

  3. Serve the smoked salmon mousse with crackers or bread. Garnish with fresh dill sprigs.
