- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp dill, chopped
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Crackers or bread, for serving
- Fresh dill sprigs, for garnish
Instructions

In a food processor, combine smoked salmon, cream cheese, sour cream, lemon juice, dill, salt, and pepper. Process until smooth.
