How To Make Shrimp Creole Crockpot

You can choose to spice this recipe up or keep the heat mild. Serve this on hot rice to satisfy the tummy.

  • 1 lb shrimp (deveined and shelled)
  • 1 ½ cup celery (diced )
  • 1 ¼ cup onion (chopped )
  • ¾ cup bell pepper (chopped )
  • 8 oz tomato sauce
  • 28 oz whole tomatoes
  • 1 clove garlic (or 1 tsp garlic salt or ¼ tsp garlic powder)
  • ¼ tsp pepper
  • 6 drops Tabasco (optional)
  1. Combine all ingredients except shrimp.
  2. Cook for 3 to 4 hours on High or 6 to 8 hours on Low.

  3. Add shrimp on the last hour of cooking.

  4. Serve over hot rice.
