                      Ingredients
- 1 lb shrimp, deveined and shelled
- 1 ½ cup celery, diced
- 1 ¼ cup onion, chopped
- ¾ cup bell pepper, chopped
- 8 oz tomato sauce
- 28 oz whole tomatoes
- 1 clove garlic , or 1 tsp garlic salt or ¼ tsp garlic powder
- ¼ tsp pepper
- 6 drops Tabasco, optional
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients except shrimp.
- 
                                                                                                                                                                        Cook for 3 to 4 hours on High or 6 to 8 hours on Low. 
- 
                                                                                                                                                                        Add shrimp on the last hour of cooking. 
- Serve over hot rice.
