How To Make Sesame Ginger Salmon

Ingredients
- 4salmon fillets
- 2tbspbrown sugar
- 2tbsprice wine vinegar
- 2tbspsoy sauce
- 1tbspsesame oil
- 1tbspginger,grated
- 1garlic clove,minced
- 1lbbroccoli,cut into florets
For Glaze:
- 2tbsphoney
- 1tspsesame oil
- 1tspsoy sauce
- ½tspginger,grated
- ½tspsesame seeds,toasted
- 2tbspgreen onions,chopped
Instructions

Mix the brown sugar, rice wine vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger, and garlic together in a bowl, then place them in a bag with the salmon.

Marinate for at least 1 hour.

Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F.

Place the salmon on a greased pan, then discard the excess marinade.

Arrange the broccoli around the salmon, then season with salt and pepper.

Bake for 12 to 14 minutes until it flakes or reaches 145 degrees F.
Glaze:

Combine the honey, sesame oil, soy sauce, and ginger together in a bowl.
