How To Make Ginger & Soy Salmon en Papillote

Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets
- 4 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons ginger, minced
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 green onions, sliced
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 4 sheets of parchment paper
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

In a bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, ginger, honey, sesame oil, rice vinegar, garlic, and green onions.

Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper, then place each fillet in the center of a sheet of parchment paper.

Spoon the ginger and soy sauce mixture evenly over each fillet.

Fold the parchment paper over the salmon, folding the edges tightly to create a sealed packet.

Place the salmon packets on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.

Carefully open the packets and transfer the salmon to plates.
