  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 2 tablespoons grated ginger
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the grated ginger, minced garlic, soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, sesame oil, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper.

  3. Place the salmon fillets in a baking dish and pour the ginger mixture over them, ensuring they are fully coated. Let them marinate for 10 minutes.

  4. Bake the salmon in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until cooked through and flaky.

  5. Serve the ginger salmon hot, garnished with fresh cilantro.
