Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets (about 6 oz each)
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp grated fresh ginger
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

  2. In a small bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, grated ginger, minced garlic, sesame oil, salt, and pepper.

  3. Brush the honey-ginger mixture onto both sides of the salmon fillets.

  4. Place the salmon fillets on the preheated grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.

  5. Remove the salmon from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes.

  6. Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve hot.
