How To Make Soy Ginger Salmon Recipe

Fresh salmon grilled with a sweet and tangy soy ginger glaze.

Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp ginger (minced)
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

  2. Combine soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, ginger, garlic and black pepper in a small bowl.

  3. Brush salmon fillets with vegetable oil and sprinkle with black pepper.

  4. Grill salmon for 3-4 minutes per side, brushing with soy ginger glaze every minute until cooked through.

  5. Serve immediately with remaining glaze on top.
