Ingredients
- 8 oz fettuccine noodles
- 1 lb mixed seafood (shrimp, scallops, and mussels)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Cook the fettuccine noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

Add the mixed seafood to the skillet and cook for 4-5 minutes until cooked through.

Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.

Add the cooked fettuccine noodles to the skillet and toss to coat in the sauce. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until heated through.

Season with salt and pepper to taste. Sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving.
