How To Make Seafood Chowder

Ingredients
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 potatoes, peeled and diced
- 2 cups fish or seafood stock
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup mixed seafood (such as shrimp, crab, and scallops)
- 1/2 cup corn kernels
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

In a large pot, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the diced onion and minced garlic. Cook until the onion is soft and translucent.

Add the diced potatoes and fish or seafood stock. Bring to a boil and then reduce heat to simmer until the potatoes are cooked through.

Stir in the heavy cream and milk. Add the mixed seafood and corn kernels. Simmer for another 5-7 minutes until the seafood is cooked.

Season with salt and pepper to taste. Stir in the chopped fresh parsley.
