How To Make Spinach Cheese Manicotti

Ingredients
- 8 manicotti shells
- 2 cups ricotta cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
- 1 egg
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 cups marinara sauce
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.

Cook the manicotti shells according to package instructions, then drain and rinse with cold water.

In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta cheese, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, spinach, egg, garlic, basil, oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix well.

Spoon the cheese and spinach mixture into each manicotti shell, filling them evenly. Place filled manicotti in the prepared baking dish.

Pour marinara sauce over the top of the manicotti, covering them completely.

Cover the baking dish with foil and bake for 30 minutes.

Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the sauce is bubbly and the cheese is melted and golden.

Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
