How To Make Scrumptious Seafood Linguine

Ingredients
- 8 oz linguine
- 1 lb mixed seafood (shrimp, scallops, mussels)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup white wine
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Lemon wedges for serving
Instructions

Cook the linguine according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.

Add the mixed seafood to the skillet and cook until they start to turn pink and opaque, about 3-4 minutes.

Pour in the white wine and let it simmer for 2 minutes to reduce slightly.

Add the cherry tomatoes to the skillet and cook for another 2 minutes until they soften.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Add the cooked linguine to the skillet and toss everything together until well combined.
