Ingredients

  • 1 pound of Maryland lump crab meat
  • 1/4 cup of mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup of breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup of chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 tablespoon of Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon of Old Bay seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon of lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

  2. In a large bowl, gently mix together the crab meat, mayonnaise, breadcrumbs, parsley, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, Old Bay seasoning, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper.

  3. Shape the mixture into 8 equally sized patties.

  4. Place the crab cakes on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

  5. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.

  6. Serve hot with tartar sauce or lemon wedges.
