How To Make Oyster Pasta Recipe
A creamy pasta dish with juicy oysters that burst with flavor in every bite!
Serves:
Ingredients
- 8 oz linguine pasta
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 12 oz shucked oysters, drained and rinsed
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
Instructions

Cook linguine according to package directions and drain.

Heat butter in a pan over medium heat and add garlic. Cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.

Pour in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese, stirring until cheese is melted. Simmer for 5 minutes.

Stir in salt and pepper to taste, then add the oysters and cook for another 5 minutes or until heated through.

Toss in cooked linguine and chopped parsley, stirring to combine.
