How To Make Octopus Pasta Recipe

A savory and seafood-filled pasta dish with tender pieces of octopus, perfect for any seafood lover.

  • 1 pound of pasta
  • 1 pound of octopus, cleaned and chopped
  • 1/4 cup of olive oil
  • 4 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup of white wine
  • 1 can of diced tomatoes
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons of chopped fresh parsley
  • Grated parmesan cheese for serving


  1. Cook pasta according to package directions, drain and set aside.

  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.

  3. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.

  4. Add octopus to the pan and cook for 5-7 minutes until tender.

  5. Add white wine to the pan and cook for 3-4 minutes until evaporated.

  6. Add diced tomatoes, salt and pepper and cook for an additional 5 minutes.

  7. Pour sauce over cooked pasta and toss.

  8. Garnish with parsley and grated parmesan cheese before serving.
