How To Make Recipe Octopus Skewers

  • 1 lb octopus tentacles, cleaned and cut into pieces
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 4 skewers

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill or grill pan to medium heat.

  2. In a small bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.

  3. Brush octopus pieces with the mixture and skewer them.

  4. Grill octopus skewers for 4-5 minutes per side, until charred and tender.

  5. Remove from the grill and serve hot.
