How To Make Octopus Pasta Recipe
A savory and seafood-filled pasta dish with tender pieces of octopus, perfect for any seafood lover.

Ingredients
- 1 pound of pasta
 - 1 pound of octopus, cleaned and chopped
 - 1/4 cup of olive oil
 - 4 cloves of garlic, minced
 - 1/4 cup of white wine
 - 1 can of diced tomatoes
 - Salt and pepper to taste
 - 2 tablespoons of chopped fresh parsley
 - Grated parmesan cheese for serving
 
Instructions
- 
Cook pasta according to package directions, drain and set aside.
 - 
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
 - 
Add garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
 - 
Add octopus to the pan and cook for 5-7 minutes until tender.
 - 
Add white wine to the pan and cook for 3-4 minutes until evaporated.
 - 
Add diced tomatoes, salt and pepper and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
 - 
Pour sauce over cooked pasta and toss.
 - 
Garnish with parsley and grated parmesan cheese before serving.
