How To Make Spinach and Mushroom Salad

A healthy and refreshing salad made with tender spinach leaves and sautéed mushrooms.

  • 6 cups of fresh spinach leaves
  • 1 cup of sliced mushrooms
  • 1/4 cup of chopped red onion
  • 1/4 cup of crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/4 cup of chopped walnuts
  • 2 tbsp of olive oil
  • 2 tbsp of balsamic vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  1. Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté mushrooms until tender.

  2. Combine spinach, mushrooms, red onion, feta cheese, and walnuts in a large salad bowl.

  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper.

  4. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.

  5. Serve immediately.
