How To Make Grilled Tuna with Fresh Tomato Salsa
Steak tuna paired with fresh salsa for a delicious lunch!
Ingredients
- 5 sprays low-fat cooking spray
- 4 medium steak tuna
- 300 grams cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 medium onion, red, chopped
- 55 grams parsley, chopped
- 1 tbsp capers
- 1 tbsp lemon zest
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp pepper
Instructions
- Heat a frying pan or grill coated with cooking spray over high heat.

Cook tuna, turning once, until just cooked through, for about 6 minutes.
- For rare tuna, cook for less time, if desired. Meanwhile, in small bowl, combine remaining ingredients.
- Serve tuna with salsa dressing.
