Ingredients

  • 1 pound conch meat, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup red bell pepper, diced
  • 1/2 cup green bell pepper, diced
  • 1/2 cup red onion, diced
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • Juice of 2 limes
  • Juice of 1 orange
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Hot sauce, for serving

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the conch meat, bell peppers, red onion, and cilantro.

  2. In a separate small bowl, whisk together the lime juice, orange juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper.

  3. Pour the dressing over the conch mixture and toss to combine.

  4. Cover and refrigerate for at least 10 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.

  5. Serve the conch salad chilled, with your favorite hot sauce on the side.
