Ingredients
- 1 pound fresh clams
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- Vegetable oil for frying
Instructions

Rinse clams in cold water and drain.

Chop the clams into small pieces.

In a large bowl, mix together the chopped clams, breadcrumbs, egg, milk, salt, pepper, and baking powder.
