Ingredients

  • 2 cans of Campbell’s Condensed Clam Chowder Soup
  • 1 can of canned clams (drained)
  • 1 cup of diced potatoes
  • 1/2 cup of heavy cream
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 slices of cooked bacon (crumbled, optional)

Instructions

  1. In a medium saucepan, cook diced potatoes in salted water until tender.

  2. Drain the potatoes and add the cans of Campbell’s Condensed Clam Chowder Soup and clams to the saucepan.

  3. Heat the soup over medium heat until it starts to simmer.

  4. Reduce heat to low and add heavy cream, salt, and pepper. Stir well.

  5. Let the soup simmer for 5-10 minutes until it reaches the desired thickness.

  6. Divide the soup into bowls and top with crumbled bacon (optional).
