How To Make Clam and Vegetable Stir-Fry Recipe
A delicious and easy stir-fry dish that combines succulent clams and crisp vegetables in a flavorful sauce.
Serves:
Ingredients
- 1 pound of small clams, cleaned and rinsed
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tbsp of vegetable oil
- 1 tbsp of cornstarch
- 1 tbsp of soy sauce
- 1 tsp of sesame oil
- ½ cup of chicken broth
Instructions

In a small bowl, whisk together the cornstarch, soy sauce, sesame oil, and chicken broth. Set aside.

Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the garlic and onion to the skillet and stir-fry for 1-2 minutes.

Add the bell peppers and stir-fry for an additional 2-3 minutes.

Add the clams to the skillet and stir-fry for 1-2 minutes or until they open up.

Pour the sauce into the skillet and continue to stir-fry for another 1-2 minutes or until the sauce has thickened.

Serve hot with rice or noodles.
