- 4 Spanish mackerel fillets
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 lemon, sliced

Preheat broiler and line a baking sheet with foil.

In a small bowl, mix together paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.

Place the mackerel fillets on the prepared baking sheet. Brush both sides with olive oil.
