Ingredients

  • 4 slices of bread
  • 2 chicken breasts, cooked and sliced

  • 1 tomato, sliced

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.

  2. Place bread slices on a baking sheet.

  3. Spread 1 tablespoon of pesto onto each slice of bread.

  4. Top with sliced chicken and tomato slices.

  5. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the top.

  6. Bake in the oven for 10-12 minutes, until cheese is melted and bread is toasted.
