How To Make Open-Faced Tuna Melt Sandwich Recipe

- 1 can (5 oz) tuna, drained
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup chopped celery
- 1/4 cup chopped red onion
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 4 slices of bread
- 4 slices of cheese
Instructions

Preheat broiler to high.

In a medium bowl, combine tuna, mayonnaise, celery, red onion, parsley, and black pepper.

Toast bread slices until golden brown.

Divide tuna mixture evenly over each slice of toast.

Top each slice with a slice of cheese.
