  • 4 slices of whole wheat bread
  • 4 ounces of smoked salmon
  • 4 tbsp of cream cheese
  • 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 lemon, cut into wedges
  • Fresh dill sprigs for garnish
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Toast the bread slices until they are slightly crispy.

  2. Spread 1 tablespoon of cream cheese onto each slice of toast.

  3. Arrange the smoked salmon slices on top of the cream cheese.

  4. Top with sliced red onion, a drizzle of lemon juice, salt, and pepper.

  5. Garnish with dill sprigs and serve.
