- 1lbsmall zucchini,sliced very thin
- 2tbspextra virgin olive oil
- salt
- freshly ground black pepper
- ½cupfeta cheese,crumbled
- ½cupwalnuts,toasted if desired
- 2tbspfresh dill,chopped
- 1small lemon,cut into wedges
Instructions

Arrange the zucchini slices in overlapping concentric circles on four dinner-sized plates.
