  • 4 sea bass fillets

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill or barbecue to medium-high heat.

  2. Season the sea bass fillets with salt and pepper.

  3. Grill the sea bass fillets for 4-5 minutes on each side, until cooked through and crispy.

  4. In a large bowl, combine the fennel, radishes, and mint leaves.

  5. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.

  6. Pour the dressing over the fennel and radish salad and toss to coat.
