  • 4tspHellman’s light mayonnaise
  • ½tspDijon mustard
  • 2tbspgreen scallions,chopped, or chives
  • Salt and fresh pepper,to taste

Optional Ingredients:

  • 4slicesWhole grain bread
  • Lettuce cups

Instructions

  1. Separate the yolks from the egg whites; discard 3 of the yolks.

  2. Chop eggs and combine with mayonnaise, dijon mustard, scallions, salt and pepper.

  3. Serve on whole-grain bread or enjoy on lettuce cups.
