Ingredients

  • 6 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 slices of bread, toasted
  • 1/4 cup mixed greens
  • 1/4 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • Fresh chives and dill for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the chopped eggs, mayonnaise, mustard, salt, and pepper.

  2. Top each slice of toast with egg salad mixture.

  3. Add mixed greens and cherry tomatoes on top of the egg salad.

  4. Garnish with fresh chives and dill.
