How To Make Chicken and Egg Salad Recipe

- 2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded
- 4 boiled eggs, sliced
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1/4 cup chopped celery
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- Lettuce leaves, for serving
Instructions

In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken and sliced boiled eggs.

In a separate small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper.

Pour the dressing over the chicken and egg mixture, and toss to coat well.

Add the chopped green onions, celery, and fresh parsley to the bowl, and mix until combined.

Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld.
