Ingredients

  • 12 oz imitation crabmeat logs, (1 package), halved
  • ¾ cup penne pasta, cooked and cooled
  • 3 oz black olives, (1 can), sliced in rings
  • 2 dill pickles, or pickles of your choice, sliced
  • salt and ground black pepper , to taste
  • tbsp mayonnaise
  • 2 tsp rice vinegar, or sushi vinegar
  • 1 tsp brown sugar
  • 2 tsp sesame oil

To Serve:

  • mayonnaise
  • bread crumbs

Instructions

  1. Whisk sesame oil, brown sugar, rice or sushi vinegar, and mayonnaise in a bowl until evenly incorporated.

  2. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Adjust accordingly.

  3. Pour the pasta, pickles, olives, and imitation crabmeat into a bowl and mix.
  4. Garnish. Enjoy your salad.
