Ingredients
- 12 oz imitation crabmeat logs, (1 package), halved
- ¾ cup penne pasta, cooked and cooled
- 3 oz black olives, (1 can), sliced in rings
- 2 dill pickles, or pickles of your choice, sliced
- salt and ground black pepper , to taste
- 1½ tbsp mayonnaise
- 2 tsp rice vinegar, or sushi vinegar
- 1 tsp brown sugar
- 2 tsp sesame oil
To Serve:
- mayonnaise
- bread crumbs
Instructions

Whisk sesame oil, brown sugar, rice or sushi vinegar, and mayonnaise in a bowl until evenly incorporated.

Season to taste with salt and pepper. Adjust accordingly.
- Pour the pasta, pickles, olives, and imitation crabmeat into a bowl and mix.

Garnish. Enjoy your salad.
