  • 2 tablespoons of clementine juice
  • 1 tablespoon of honey
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, toss together the ham, watercress, clementine segments, sliced almonds, and feta cheese.

  2. In a separate small bowl, whisk together the clementine juice, honey, olive oil, salt, and pepper until well combined.
