How To Make Raspberry & Rose Trifles

Ingredients
- 1 cup fresh raspberries
- 2 tablespoons rose water
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 8 ladyfinger biscuits, broken into pieces
Instructions

In a bowl, mash half of the raspberries with a fork. Add the rose water and granulated sugar, and mix until well combined. Set aside.

In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form. Add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, and continue to whip until stiff peaks form.

Take 4 serving glasses and layer the bottom with a few pieces of ladyfinger biscuits. Spoon a layer of the raspberry mixture on top, followed by a layer of whipped cream. Repeat the layers until the glasses are filled, ending with a layer of whipped cream on top.

Garnish with the remaining raspberries. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
