  • 1 lb beef steak, sliced
  • 4 medium beetroots, roasted and sliced
  • 4 cups mixed salad greens
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh dill
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Season the beef steak with salt and pepper.

  2. Heat a grill pan or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the beef slices for 2-3 minutes per side until they reach the desired doneness.

  3. Remove the beef from the pan and let it rest for 5 minutes. Slice it into thin strips.

  4. In a large bowl, combine the salad greens, roasted beetroot slices, cherry tomatoes, red onion slices, crumbled feta cheese, chopped parsley, and dill.

  5. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Season with salt and pepper.

  6. Drizzle the dressing over the salad mixture and toss gently to combine.

  7. Transfer the salad to a platter and arrange the beef slices on top.

  8. Serve immediately and enjoy!
