  • 1lbshrimp,uncooked and chopped
  • ½cupfresh lime juice
  • 2roma tomatoes,chopped
  • ¼cupred onion,diced
  • 1jalapeno pepper,chopped
  • ¼cupcilantro,chopped
  • 3avocados,chopped
  • salt and pepper,to taste


  1. In a large bowl add the shrimp and lime juice. Let stand for 5 minutes until the shrimp turn opaque. The lime juice will cook the shrimp.

  2. Add the tomatoes, onion, jalapeno, and cilantro and toss with the lime juice. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour.

  3. Add the chopped avocados and toss right before serving and salt and pepper to taste. Enjoy!
