How To Make Asian Tuna Salad

Ingredients
- 1 lb fresh tuna steaks
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- 2 tbsp rice vinegar
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 tbsp grated ginger
- 4 cups mixed salad greens
- 1 cucumber, thinly sliced
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1/4 cup chopped peanuts
Instructions

Preheat a grill or skillet over high heat.

Season the tuna steaks with salt and pepper, then grill or sear for 2-3 minutes per side until cooked to desired doneness. Let cool for a few minutes, then thinly slice.

In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, sesame oil, lime juice, rice vinegar, honey, garlic, and ginger to make the dressing.

In a large bowl, combine the mixed salad greens, cucumber, carrot, cilantro, green onions, and sliced tuna.

Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss to coat evenly.
