Apple Raisin Cole Slaw Recipe

We really like cole slaw, but we don’t care for it with a lot of sugar. This is just sweet enought to be good! People always ask whats in it, because they don’t guess apple.

Ingredients

  • 1 medium cabbage shredded, head
  • 1 medium carrot shredded
  • 1 medium apple shredded
  • ½ cup raisins
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp. sugar
  • 1 tsp. vinegar
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • salt
  • pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Blend shredded vegetables, and add raisins.
  2. In another bowl, mix the remaining ingredients; add to cabbage mixture.
  3. Add more milk or mayonnaise if too dry.
  4. Chill and serve.
