Ingredients
- 1.5 kg pork roast
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup olive oil
Instructions

In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, dried rosemary, dried thyme, black pepper, and olive oil.

Place the pork roast in a large zip-top bag and pour the marinade over it. Seal the bag and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

Remove the pork roast from the marinade, allowing any excess marinade to drip off.

Place the pork roast in a roasting pan and roast for 1 hour and 30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).

Remove the pork roast from the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
