How To Make Pepperoni Pizza Casserole

No need to choose between pasta and pizza! This pizza casserole is made with egg noodles, pepperoni, ground beef, and spaghetti sauce for a divine combo.

  • 1lbground beef
  • 8ozegg noodles,(1 package) uncooked
  • 16ozspaghetti sauce,(1 jar) or as needed
  • ozblack olives,(1 can) sliced, drained
  • ozmushrooms,(1 can) sliced, drained
  • 8ozpepperoni,(1 package) sliced, coarsely chopped
  • 20ozmozzarella cheese,shredded, divided


  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

  2. Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat for about 10 minutes until no longer pink, breaking the meat apart into crumbles as it cooks.

  3. Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a rolling boil. Cook the egg noodles in the boiling water for about 5 minutes until cooked through yet slightly firm; drain.

  4. Mix the noodles with the cooked ground beef, spaghetti sauce, black olives, mushrooms, pepperoni, and ½ of the mozzarella cheese in a large mixing bowl.

  5. Spoon the mixture into a 9×13-inch baking dish and top with remaining cheese. Cover the dish with foil.

  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 to 45 minutes until the casserole is bubbling.

  7. Serve and enjoy.
