How To Make Master Pizza Dough Recipe

  • 2 ½ cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon instant yeast
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 cup warm water
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the flour, yeast, salt, and sugar.

  2. Gradually add the warm water and olive oil to the dry ingredients.

  3. Using a wooden spoon or your hands, mix until a dough forms.

  4. Transfer the dough to a floured surface and knead for about 5 minutes until smooth and elastic.

  5. Place the dough in a greased bowl and cover with a clean kitchen towel. Let it rise in a warm place for 1 hour or until doubled in size.

  6. Preheat the oven to 450°F (230°C).

  7. Punch down the dough and divide it into 4 equal portions.

  8. Roll out each portion into a thin circle or desired shape.

  9. Place the rolled out dough on a pizza stone or baking sheet.

  10. Add your favorite toppings and bake for 10-12 minutes or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.
