Ingredients

  • 2 cups sliced peaches
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 unbaked pie crust

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the sliced peaches, sugar, flour, salt, and vanilla extract. Mix well.

  3. Pour the heavy cream into the peach mixture and stir until combined.

  4. Place the unbaked pie crust in a pie dish and pour the peach and cream mixture over it.

  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the filling is set.

  6. Remove from the oven and let it cool before serving.
