  • 1 store-bought pizza dough
  • 2 ripe pears, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup crumbled gorgonzola cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • Fresh basil leaves, for garnish
  • Salt and pepper, to taste


  1. Preheat your oven to the temperature specified on the pizza dough package.

  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface to your desired thickness.

  3. Transfer the rolled-out dough onto a pizza stone or baking sheet.

  4. Arrange the sliced pears evenly on top of the dough.

  5. Sprinkle the crumbled gorgonzola cheese and chopped walnuts over the pears.

  6. Drizzle the honey over the pizza.

  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  8. Bake in the preheated oven for the specified time on the dough package or until the crust is golden and cheese is melted.

  9. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes.

  10. Garnish with fresh basil leaves before serving.
