
How To Make Korean Sweet Potato Noodles (Japchae)

Ingredients
- 8 ounces sweet potato noodles
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 onion, thinly sliced
- 1 carrot, cut into matchsticks
- 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 4 ounces spinach
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds, toasted
Instructions

Cook the sweet potato noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

In a large pan, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat. Add the garlic and cook until fragrant.

Add the onion, carrot, and bell pepper to the pan and cook until the vegetables are tender.

Add the spinach to the pan and cook until wilted.

In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce, sesame oil, and sugar. Pour the sauce over the vegetables and noodles in the pan.

Stir-fry everything together for 2-3 minutes, until well combined and heated through.

Sprinkle the toasted sesame seeds over the japchae and serve hot.
