- 1 pound penne pasta
- 1 pound raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 lemon, juiced and zested
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions

Cook pasta according to package instructions.

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.

Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.

Add the shrimp into the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes or until pink.

Once cooked, add lemon juice, zest, salt, pepper and mix well.

Toss in cooked pasta and parsley and mix until fully combined.
